Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you this new around the house happenings video of sorts, It's more of a holiday hustle where I get some last minute things done and funny enough as I'm typing this I STILL have things to do haha I'm unsure if I'm going to film the rest of what I do for the holidays so this may be the last christmas - y style video! who knows. I do have some bits and bobs I could create another one opening gifts christmas morning etc. anywayyy I ran to the store to get some last minute gifts, I put together teacher gifts, I made the worlds best chicken noodle soup recipe, I shared with you the christmas ornament decorating event we put together! and so much more. oh yes DIY ornaments wow. I made a salted caramel recipe off of instagram and they turned out great. We just wrapped them with regular wax paper cut into squares. I love what you said about future staples! My son definitely wants the Caramels to be a new one of ours. I love your videos and always get the best tips, tricks and Recipes from you. :)

Have you ever thought about GIVING presents to childens and single parents and other childrens who will not get presents. I know you are doing the best for your family BUT PLEASE - Think about other family WHO HAS NOTHING. AND MOST Important what you have NOW may just vanish. Take Care.

I had the same quilt for 30 years!!! Never found one I liked better...until this year! I ordered a green toile quilt ensemble, for me, from me, for Christmas! It comes in many colors. I think a grey toile would look great on your bed!!!

The reasons the quilts don't last is they are made with cheap material and assembled in China or Tywan. I make quilts with material that is $12 a yard! (not Joanns fabric) and they sell for $1500 and up but they will last generations. It's a trade off. Pay a little now and buy again over and over or pay more and last generations.

Hi Kim, I love how special you make everything for your children. We love those beads in our house we have done for years,here in Northern Ireland they are called hama beads. We just put greaseproof paper or parchment paper over them before ironing and they come out great. I would love to get your coat, but in a different color! I have been wanting one, just haven't found one I like and can afford! I also like how you displayed the stockings. I think they need to be in a bigger log though. I have my 5 kids stockings on command hooks, the 5 pound ones. They have john deere ones that have the big reindeer head that plays jingle bells and the mouth moves. They are heavy them selves, then add what it takes to fill them!

your soup looks delicious!! Try some Asian (Hmong) chicken noodles soup made with Fresh chicken, it is extremely delicious (you can make the asian noodles from scratch or just buy pre-made ones)!! There are some super yummy Mexican chicken noodle soup (CALDO DE POLLO chicken soup) recipes too!
