Hey guys so it has been what seems like 10 years. But im finally getting my braces off after 2 years nd 7 months. So here are basically the days leading up to that.

My teeth were super whte after braces.The bad problem is Whitening isn't always safe for the enamel and can make them sensitive. Although they say they are safe, everything we do has an effect. KEEP YOUR RETAINERS buy retainer cleaner and use religiously. Congrats.

Great results! just be careful with so much whitening, my teeth became so sensitive afterwards. Try using Sensodyne to help guard against that. Good Luck!
