In its simplest form, the 3 ball reverse cascade is just doing an "over the top" throw every single throw.
How do you break this down? Well, the first step is juggling the normal 3 ball cascade pattern and throwing one ball of the pattern over the top each time.
The ball goes from the inside out, instead of how the normal pattern goes outside in. This one is difficult to explain in writing.
Basically, you're trying to throw every single ball over the top of the previous throw.

I can do the cascade, and most of the tricks/patterns on the Library of Juggling website, in level 2 & 3, but im struggling with the reverse cascade. The balls keep hitting each other in the air. Any tips to get out of that? Im practicing this, so i can move onto the windmill & mills mess.

@@JugglingSecrets I eventually got it, but its not perfected yet. I might think about uploading my videos, not for the likes or anything, just to keep track of my progress and comments/tips from people, like you said, insight. Im actually pretty happy that i managed to do the factory yesterday. It took me quite a while of practice to do one! Today i done 3 in a row. Thanks for replying.

Im getting there, i can do about 8 catches now, about a week of practice on this. I think i flail my hands too much :P I can juggle normally about 100+ catches for base skill comparison.

i have hard time throwing left hand over the top any tips?
Just repetition. Practicing with just 2 balls will help. You can throw from your right hand normal and then practice the over the top throw with your left. Just doing this for 30-50 times in a row should help with the control.
It would help if you did things in slow motion and broke the process down, not just plug your website on where you have the better tutorial. I really didn't get too much out of this tutorial although I did get somewhat of an idea. I'm going to have to watch someone else's tutorial if I'm going to learn this.
you can slow down the video speed within UA-cam. Hit the little gear icon and then "playback speed" and you can slow it down.
Can you do the monkey juggling armpit trick when your put the ball under each armpit
possibly? Can you do a video showing what you mean?
