I practice 30 mins to 1 hour a night (sometimes up to 3 hrs when I really get into it), three weeks in, my endurance is almost unstoppable! Practicing mostly transitioning to all the tricks without stopping. Columns still has me stumped! Can't keep endurance with it.

Nice and simple illustrations. You make it look easy. I'm still struggling with the windmill

Nice video, I got into juggling a month ago and mainly focusing on 4 balls now, but it's really nice to try these 3 ball variations!

@@cascadejuggling yeah will definitely work on that! Can kinda do halfshower, columns, under arm and multiplex now. And working on the box just for fun :)

Thanks for the tutorial. I can do most of those and some more advanced ones, such as the factory, the windmill and chops, but I still struggle with the shower!

Glad you enjoyed it :) maybe we can have a deeper look and the shower and box in a future tutorial.

Before I started looking up tutorials, I figured out the reverse cascade on my own. Going from there it was actually harder for me to learn the half shower/jugglers tennis. But after I got the jugglers tennis and the half shower got easier, I felt my confidence and control increase dramatically. Something about practicing in the opposite hand makes it easier again in the opposing hand. I actually started with contact juggling and then got two more balls and realized I needed to mix them together. I love juggling! Thanks for this vid!

Awesome tutorial. I just started. I’m trying to get the standard 3 ball cascade. I’ll get there!

I practiced with 2 balls in right hand and 1 in left.
Toss top ball on RH to up left shoulder height.
Toss LH ball to right shoulder height.
      Catch each ball.
Once you get good at this.
Starting tossing the 3rd ball that is In your RH.
That would mean 3 tosses and 3 catches.
      Hope this helps.
