    Excellent video, it will definitely be very useful for my training. The next one could be about ring muscle up. I've been doing it for a while but I don't have confidence in the technique.

    How many strict pullups should be able to do if i want to learn butterfly pullups??

      If you can do 1-5 strict pull-ups minimum then you can do kipping pull-ups, and the same applies for kipping pull-ups to butterfly pull-ups.
      Now, when it comes to conditioning each movement, you want to be able to do at about 30 reps unbroken before trying to master the next progression.
