- 6mm ARC - Factory Hornady factory Ammo Testing. Testing 6mm ARC 105 gr BTHP Hornady BLACK, 6mm ARC 108 gr ELD Match and 6mm ARC 103 gr ELD-X Precision Hunter.
I’m running a CMMG 20” 6mm Arc 1-8 Steiner Military lpvo, my first range trip was with the 108Gr Hornady Match, and then a couple days later with the Hornady Black 105Gr. The Hornady Black was more accurate in my 20” 6 arc too! My gun has ran flawlessly without a single malfunction or hiccup after 120+ rounds fired so far. I am using the Duramag’s 26rd Grendel mags. I have some of the 103Gr Precision Hunter, I’ve yet to shoot them though. I hope mine cycle. So far my gun has proven its self reliable 100%. I’m just thrilled about that. I load my 26Rd Duramag’s to (20Rd’s only) never tried loading more than that.

Good shooting factory ammo. Glad you found accuracy in the least expensive also with the black. Than spending less and using brass again for reloading! Nice looking different handguard what brand is it and where can I purchase one online!? Apreciate your time and effort with informative video!

Yeah man I would! Its a better Performer! And loading options is great and will do that 1000 yards with easy

@@ChrisFromThe740 yeah go with a 18” 20” if you are going run a can on it like I will be I would for sure go with 18” the Odin works barrel I really like.
I could use 224 Valkyrie barrel that you don't want if I knew how to get in contact with you.
Wait for a geisselle SSA-E two stage to go on sale for $150-$160. They are far superior to the rise armament triggers. Took me 7 years to buy one and now every AR i have has a geisselle
I have one of them in a 5.56 Ar. I am more of a fan of single stage triggers. Trigger tech is by far my favorite tigger company.

Yeah man I really like it for bench and prone shooting.
seeing alot of people getting just OK accuracy groups at 100 yards but then getting BETTER than MOA out at 300 yards. they say it takes distance for this round to shine.
With and loads I get amazing accuracy at 100 yards. But it does shoot great at longer ranges
I'm getting fantastic results out of my Satern barrel with the 108s at 100 yards I'm hitting the same hole 3 shots..
Yeah that’s pretty good for factory ammo. Try to shoot 5 shot groups and see if it opens up at all. I be interested. Also how long you waiting in between shots?

I have the same Odin Work barrel, I’ve only shot the 103 ELDX, it’s the muzzle device. With no devise and a thread protector, I’m getting .4 to .7 inch groups. With a hellfire from area 419 my groups open up to 1.5. I just loaded my first OCW batch. Hope to get the sub MOA back.
