Hi Yolz. You look beautiful 🤩 loving the look!! Thank you for this video. It’s always refreshing to see how glowing you are. My property question is I want buy another property next year this time, but when is the right time to buy? I am currently moved back into my first property now which was my rental property for the past 2 years and it was doing so well. I moved back because I got a job this side and I needed to start over.
I got my second property last year this time, and sadly 😢I only lived there 3 months before I had to relocate this side. The interest rate going up so much wasn’t part of the plan, but by the grace of God, I have a good tenant there which is wonderful!
So now I want to get another one and continue renting this one out because it’s at a central location and renting it would be the best thing right now. I’m still saving up and managing to increase my credit score every month so at least by the end of the year I start talks with my banker.
When is the right time to get a new property?

Hi Yolz, thanks for the opportunity. I like to know as a first time buyer and with this interest rate that keeps going up I asked the bank for interest rate review however their reply was as they couldn't make any changes because of economic difficulties. So is there any other things I can do in that regard. Thank you in advance.
