While you renting for a while people are likely to put you on the stand on why you are renting not knowing when you own a house/home is really not about paying the bond but there’s other expenses that come to play.

3 years later, but this is still informative. Thank you for being open to share to such extents... on many videos I've been watching, they tend to lack context as they are hesitant to share figures, i.e. how much was the property, monthly repayments and the likes.
