I don't generally have back pain, but I so get lower back pain from the breast stroke.
So I swim on my back or underwater instead, and it's made all the difference.
Also a friend of mine had a serious back issue, can't remember the diagnosis, but doctors said it was for life, no cure. He went for physiotherapy, did what he was taught at home religiously and it has helped him tremendously. He's still doing the physiotherapy a decade later, says it saved his life because before physiotherapy he couldn't even sleep

Idk why Rich was so against talking about the back pain lol holding it in and not expressing it makes it worse just like ya’ll were talking about!
I guess he's had so many people make recommendations that ultimately were futile he just felt like the conversation was going in that direction again but he knew better since the Dr Weiss is an exception to the average person :)
