It's the best if you love queuing as a hobby ...pop an hour round the corner to Passa Tonale ski area if you actually like skiing though ..you know it makes sense
I've been there once, and it is certainly worth visiting, for all reasons, as stated. p.s. leave the camera on infinity (manual max focus) rather than autofocus, when outdoors, as snow and moving objects fool the autofocus mechanism, and it constantly tries to adjust, so you don't get the clearest picture all the time.
Love Madonna di Campiglio. Really nice, Italian resort with character and not full of drunken idiots. Low key Apres, with some nice bars, and good quality food. On slope food/drink is probably a third of the price of French resorts, and far better quality. A freshly prepared 12" pizza and a coffee/beer on the slopes will set you back between 10 and 15 euros. Lift queues are pretty rare, piste preparation is excellent. All in all, I rate the resort at 8 out of 10.
hi, Joury Home the average is 0, during day and minus 5 during night. but it can plummet to -17. on average in the Italian side of the alps you have about a day more of sunshine weekly, compare to Austria, France and Swiss. it is 2.8 days of snow weekly, and about 6.7 inch weekly.(Dec average is higher with 7.5 inch weekly). I think, it is a good time to go. especially the second half, if you want to be on the sure side

"famous as the only place in western Europe where bears exist in nature, so be careful with your off-piste adventures" for a reviewer like travelers check i have expectations, but what to tell, they just copy past! one star for that

I would agree totally. The Milky Way has far more range than most Italian resorts. Madonna is tiny by comparison & can be skied out in a few days. In contrast, Sauze offers linked skiing as far as the French resort of Montgenevre. If you like picturesque resorts & easy skiing Madonna is your place.
The most prestigious ski resorts in Italy are Cortina, Courmayeur and then Madonna di Campiglio with others. Not Madonna di Campiglio and Corvara. Amazing video anyway and great infos!
Se si parla di “prestigious” si intende esclusivi, prestigiosi. Comunque anche il concetto di migliori comprensori è piuttosto soggettivo e non credo si possa relegare a due sole località.

Seriously? I live near the Appennini (Sorry i don't know how they're called in English, it's another mountain chain), which are waaay smaller then the Alps and the Dolomites, and we have ski slopes with an inclination of 80%, and they're quite long too... Plus I go skiing in Trentino (on the Alps) every year, and I've seen many beautiful and difficoult slopes as well there.
please reply with the name of the ski resort you want us to review next
Morzine please
Saas fee/Saastal as a whole please
Alagna Valsesia, Livigno, Champoluc, Solda please

Corvara in Baldia
Don't worry about the bears, they're in hibernation during the winter season! You don't even see them in summer time ;)
AlmightyArjen my ski teachers friend ran into a bear close to Madonna
@@rukmeister2265 I didn't say that they're not there, the chance that you see one is very small compared to for example the US.

I think that one of the best ski resort in Italy is spiazzi di Gromo, but also colere is not bad.

fly to Bergamo or Brescia. Verona and Milan is ok too
