Hi Elorza, for beginners, you don't need to go to Val thorens because you don't need to pay a lot for a huge area like 3 valleys, you can have a vacation in smaller places. i don't know where you are from , but a cheap option is Borovetz or Bansko in Bulgary, Passo Tonale in Italy, Val nord or grand Valira in Andora and many small resort in the alps.that way you will save a lot o money and don't pay high euros for a large ski area you won't use a big portion of it. from the resorts we reviewd, Flachau is a good option and la Plagne as well. as they are relatively cheap for a top resort Val Thorens was our 1st review, since than we also put to the equation the value for money, in the beginners score and we didn't take it to account in the Val Thorens review
