Yes Ronnie currently in USA directv swim reverse band lnb currently uses 21-24v and even has (grey power supply) 29v. Dish old wester arc uses 12-18v and new eastern arc 18-24v roughly. 2way Internet setups can put out about a watt of microwaves.
A satellite dish on earth with the L&B on the end of it will provide 7.5 to 12 volts ( depending on signal strength) from the satellite signal coming from space. :-)

You get more energy with more shotky diodes, next to a microwave, you can see how the microwaves leave the microwave^^
