Looking forward to following this re-build 👍🏼 especially as it hasn’t been on the road for over 20 years. Thanks for the mention mate and glad your happy with the wheels 👌
Hey Mark. I know it's been a couple of years since you produced these videos. I came across them when trying to do a bit of research. I'm going through the exact same process after my RGV has sat for years. I'm at the stage where I'm having a majority of the bike being either powder coated or Cerakoted(?). I'm not the most mechanically inclined person and have relied heavily on the owners manual and UA-cam videos. The question I have for you is, with the bike completely in pieces, in what exact order would you start re-assembly? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated as taking the bike apart appears to be the easier of the rebuild process. Thanks in advance for your time and help!!
@@duaneacoba Hello. Best thing to do is get a rolling chassis together. It will make you feel like you are getting somewhere. You can then ad parts to it. If you watch all the parts of the build it will give you an idea of what to do.
I'm about to go through my first rebuild too. Used engine coming in a few weeks. I'll be following along mate. Do you think you could go a bit more in depth when going through the engine and putting all back together? Im subbing, cheers!
Great video mark. The lucky strike rgv250 is my dream bike from my teen years! How much are you looking for when its finished? Liked and subscribed btw👍
