How do you manage to move around in that attic? Do you lay boards to walk/crawl over them? Your attic seems to have hardly any insulation. My house is around 30 years old that I bought 4 years ago. The previous owners had sprayed high efficiency insulation in the attic. Last year, I took advantage of the Green-On grant and got MORE insulation sprayed in the attic. I can’t imagine how will I ever be able to get into that attic and do a thorough inspection?
Your inspection certainly reflects poorly not only on the truss company, on the builder that used them anyway, but also on the inspector that passed it.
You did a great job making these videos and they are really helpful. It was a big job making the fix.
thanks for the videos! watched the whole series and it was very helpful.
Is the roof company liable? Were they just absolutely slamming down bundles of shingles?

Pay someone else to do it and leave it to them to fall thru ur ceiling.
Nicholas Huss I agree
Jesus. Do you know the truss manufacturer? That's horrendously bad. What country and region is this?
