  • This project is a 54 Button Box for use with Flight Sim 2020 but can be adapted to use with any simulator that uses USB inputs.
The setup is based around the Leobodner BBi64 I/O card and 12mm momentary push button switches.
All files and templates can be downloaded from my Dropbox using the link:

I think I would have A) taped the backside of the sheets together or B) cut the sheets in half

Thanks, very inspiring, eager see your solution for encoder bounce

@@togatech1111 The encoders are driving me insane. I can get the push-button OR the rotary encoder to work perfectly in a button matrix. But not both. I understand the mounted rs's (5- pin, one side) work different than the raw encoder (2pins one side, 3 opposite) pinout. The mounted pins need a direct ground, that will not work for what I want. Anyways, nice work. Subscribed.

Thanks man. The board mounted encoders have resistors mounted on the board to reduce encoder bounce. If you are using the leobodner boards you don’t need the positive connection just the ground. Thanks for subscribing the next part I will be using an Arduino mega and Mobiflight to connect the encoders.
