Same Edit: It has something to do with tracking. I’m using an iPhone In the Setting App > Instagram > Allow Tracking Once I turned it on and allowed tracking the app started working again as normal.
I habe tried everything and still I am not getting any new posts. If I am following new accounts then I am getting posts from those new accounts only, not from the previous followed accounts. Tried in browser also and even used VPN. PLEASE FIND ME A SOLUTION.

After doing all this.. Still the feed now shows posts from newly followed accounts. Nothing else shows up

Even i was facing the same issue... I just went to the help disk reported this and restarted the app... And guess what it was solved

I had same issue for weeks I reset my password and changed to a new password and it fixed my issue!
