Ultimate Adventure Breakfast recipe: blackstoneprod...
Ingredients
Cooking oil for the griddle top
2 cups potatoes, chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup diced onion
Diced bell peppers (any color)
Diced jalapeno peppers (optional)
Blackstone's SPG seasoning, or salt, pepper, and garlic
6 pieces of bacon
1 lb pork breakfast sausage (any flavor)
3 eggs
1 tablespoon diced tomato
1 tablespoon chopped spinach
1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
Sourdough bread slices (recommend Rustik Oven)
Directions
1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-low. Drizzle and spread oil on the griddle top.
2. Start with the home fries: place potatoes on the griddle, stir, and add onions and peppers a few minutes later. Season with Blackstone's SPG or salt, pepper, and garlic. Add jalapeno peppers if desired. Continue stirring while they cook.
3. Lay bacon on the hot griddle top, flipping early and often to avoid burning. Use the Blackstone bacon press if needed. When the bacon is almost done, stack it to the side of the griddle.
4. Separate and shape sausage into 2-2.5 ounce patties, placing each on the griddle. Press the sausage patties into the griddle with a spatula for a good sear. Flip when the first side has a nice sear and move them to the side when cooked.
5. Crack eggs into a bowl and scramble. Use a nonstick cooking spray on the inside of the Blackstone silicone omelet ring (available at Walmart). Pour eggs into the ring, adding tomatoes, spinach, and cheese on top. Season to taste with salt, pepper, or your preferred seasoning. Once the eggs have set up and are no longer runny, remove the ring, fold the omelet over in thirds, and top with green onions and additional seasoning.
6. Place sourdough bread slices on the griddle top. Flip when lightly browned and cook the other side, buttering as desired.
7. Remove everything from the griddle top when cooked and enjoy!

Todd crushed it yet again!
@@BlackstoneGriddles Todd is a whole different level! Thank You All @ Blackstone for Your Pro Quality Equipment! 👊😝
I love breakfast on the Blackstone Griddle, you make look so easy and the Angry Goose Hot Sauce adds yet another layer of flavor 😋
Breakfast on the Blackstone is delicious!
Just picked up this 20" camping grill. Looking forward to using it. As always keep up the good work and Recipes.
Awesome! We hope you enjoy your new camping griddle!
Fantastic breakfast! You didn't even need the oil for this one😊
No! When I realized I forgot it I got nervous and then I realized I’d be fine between the nonstick top and the bacon grease! Thanks so much.
Thanks for watching!
Yum!!! Looks like an amazing breakfast out on a frozen tundra. Praise the Lord and pass a hot breakfast 😃🧡🧡🖤🖤🖤🧡
Just got mine last week and haven’t tried it yet. I can hardly wait. Thanks for the video. Now I’m really hungry. lol.
Wow! That was an awesome cook! I love the omelet ring. I will get a couple of those.
Thank YOU so much for watching!
The omelet ring is a game changer!
I just bought one of the new camping griddles with the side burner. My old Coleman camp stove had a griddle I could use but it covered both burners so I couldn't brew coffee while using the flat griddle to cook.. I was super excited to see the new Blackstone camping series come out with just what I was looking for.
Looks amazing Todd. Now I’m hungry. Time to fire up the blackstone now.
Never a bad time to cook on the Blackstone!
You always make me hungry
Thank you so much!
Then our job here is done. 😎

Great video. Take care and God Bless.👍👍
Hope you caught some fish! - Breakfast looks delicious! - Cheers!
Looking Good Todd.
Trust us, it tastes even better than it looks. You won't be disappointed. blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/ultimate-adventure-breakfast
❤️Breakfast!!!
Got the 14 inch with burner but could not find the new bacon press. You are the only one showing and actually using the new models as they were meant to be. My third Blackstone set up. Hope Blackstone knows the fact.
Love it!!
Todd with the new 22" griddle, can you close the lid to cook a pizza? What is your thoughts... Crack the lid an inch???
Looks like for my RV I am changing to this new Blackstone Adaventure grill
Hey there. It’s not a hood. No. Absolutely not. It’s not designed for that. It’s just to close it for storage and protection. You could use a basin cover though. If you want to you just have to make sure you find something that wouldn’t hurt the nonstick surface.
Can I get this in Australia. Also sometimes the coating doesn’t last on these things. Does it have a guarantee?
Hi there! You’ll have to call customer service and ask them about availability down under. These are coated with ceramic titanium and it is pretty much the most durable coating an aluminum piece can be coated in. Having said that, they have a one year warranty. If you use the correct utensils and don’t let anything metal touch the griddle top, it should last for years and years.
Like number 349. Wright bacon is king of bacon👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Can't go wrong with Wright Bacon
It says in the manual you can’t use the Blackstone quick connect hose (connect to RV) with the new camp griddle. Seems odd. Any insight here?
Pretty neat unit. Didn't see the boys fish? Maybe cook some fish next time? Thanks again
You can’t cook fish unless you catch fish! Thanks for watching! :)
Hey Todd, is that scraper o.k. to use on the e-seies griddles?
Yes! They are essentially the same types of tops. I like the spatulas and scraper for the camping griddles way better though. I love their shape. They are both aluminum coated tops. The camping griddles are coated with ceramic titanium though and that is even one step better than the coating on the E - series. It is pretty much the hardest, most durable coating you can get! Thank you for watching.
@@praisehisawesomename Thank you for all the information. I will pick up the scraper then for the E-Saries that I have. I already have spatulas for it. Is there going to be a griddle more tour this year? Was hoping you would be coming back to Fresno, CA again. 😁
Do you know if they will be available in canada
The new camping griddles are available only in the U.S.
So is this an unreleased product, I can’t find it anywhere online or at the Blackstone site.
You can find the camping griddles available for sale at Walmart!

Hey Todd can I ever contact you about my griddle? I have a bunch of questions
Hi there. You just contacted me. Ask away and I will do my best.
@@praisehisawesomenameok thank you
@@praisehisawesomename I just recently started to re sand and clean my 28 in blackstone with airfryer. It's def ok to use a brick stone on it after with soap and water? It's been like 2 years since I've used it. What about the bottom of the griddle? It's also rusted? Should
I sand that and oil as well? That's where the flame hits
