What I got from the video is this is about a lonely girl who spends her time on this rooftop, always reading books and manga, maybe she had this hobby to forget she has always felt empty, or that she needed something more in her life. She reflects on the mangas she reads, comparing the plots with real life scenearios, saying "there are kids like that out there in real life too". She sometimes found the girl from My R in the same rooftop but really didn't notice her intentions going there yet, just observing her and comparing her to a character from the manga she reads. Time advances and then this girl stops and thinks that the manga characters "have something" even though still having hardships. Maybe this made her have "clarity" on her situation and the girls too, just in time to stop her and maybe, make a new life friend.
To add on that in the begining she song "the person who would always act strong by saying that, one day chose to dissapear at long last" it seems she might have have lost someone (since she said chose, they might have self terimnated) makes me wonder if her reading mangas and geting intrested in urban legends was her way of coping with it.
