Vocaloid now is MILES from what it used to be. It's improved so much, and while there are many good, nostalgic songs that still bang, Spice is not one of them. Which makes this even funnier.

It was an era before many english songs came out and the fandom was young. 99% of the comments were fighting over ships and hot men. Most of the songs were on niconico and brought to english speakers from the wonderful help of translators. Most fans were very, very young. It was crazy days for sure. A large part of the appeal was anime but now it's the community and music. People often credited "miku" or "vocaloid" instead of the producers which is weird if you consider that vocaloid is a software. Guitars can't play themselves right? The best comparison I can think of is naruto fans now versus naruto fans episode 1. If you search songs older than 5 years look at the comments and you'll get an idea of what we mean.
