    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

    Phil what's your view on Vipr? Do you recommend them? I've only ever used them for wood chop exercise.

    I started working with kettlebells recently and love them so far. My biggest problem is worry, about them tearing up my shoulders, how do I make sure my technique is safe technique?

      practice with light weight until you get the technique down

      Make sure you give attention to your rotator cuff muscles. Slowly work the muscles around the deltoid with mobility and corrective exercises. With light kettlebell work on your technique, remember go slow and bring awareness to your posture and core muscles as you go through the motion with proper breathing. Happy and Healthy 2022.

    Is it alright to do Strength Training with weights 3 days, then 3 days of Full Body Cardio, throughout the week?
    How should one plan that schedule out during the week?
    Because that's how I've been doing mine for the past month.

      That's a good workout plan. Is it giving you results catering to your goals? if it is keep doing it and remember to switch up every month or so but most importantly listen to your body since recovery plays and important role in your fitness journey. As far as planning it out you can play with it, maybe go one day weights and one day cardio and so forth or two days and two days etc. You get the gist of it. Keep up the good work.     I would call this strength and conditioning. The general public dont need punching power and this might be viewed by fighters and affect the fighting game in future.
