Fastest Way To De-seed A Pomegranate

- In just over 2 minutes, you can completely de-seed a pomegranate and have fun doing it!
You'll need:
a Pomegranate
a Wooden Spoon
a Bowl
a Small Knife
1. Score Pomegranate on the "equator"
2. Grab both sides and pull apart. "Stretch" each side slightly.
3. Hold one side "face-down" in one hand with hand underneath.
4. "Spank" pomegranate with wooden spoon over bowl until all seeds fall out.
5. Repeat with second side of pomegranate.
6. Pluck out any pulp
7. Enjoy!

*Tip: if you use a heavy-headed wooden spoon, you can de-seed the pomegranate even faster. After practicing, I can do it in under a minute. Also, be sure to gently squeeze the pomegranate half in your hand for quicker results.
I have looked at, and followed, many videos on 'easy' ways to de-seed a pomegranate. Some of them have been easier than others, but none were truly easy. This is, BY FAR, the best. It is literally as easy as the video looks. My search has ended. Thank you!

Better way: break it apart into chunks by hand, place in a plastic bowl with a tight-fighting lid (like a Tupperware container), then give it a few good shakes. The seeds will pop right out! No mess and you retain all those delicious juices.
Tapping gently but thoroughly to loosen but not break the seeds is key 🍎

This was great, I have been researching "can we drink pomegranate juice empty stomach?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Geyophia Preliminary Genie - (search on google ) ? It is an awesome one off product for discovering how to melt your belly fat without counting calories without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my partner got excellent success with it.
I actually didn't like how much effort I had to put in with the wooden spoon. I now use my meat tenderizer and let me tell you, there is hardly any effort. I'm able to de-seed in such a shorter time than when I used the wooden spoon.

Hey, Tami....this method is so good. I tried it immediately after watching the video. It took me less than 2 min to de seed all. Earlier I used to de seed incorrectly and took 4-5 mins for each one.

+Shaleen Dalal yes i know but if you try it yourself you will see what i mean. Depending on the pomegranate, the ones we have here are really hard and the seeds do not fall out easily. You have to hit it so much.

I think pomegranates differ from one country to another, perhaps the sand nature effects the resulted granate. I've never eat such a red one!
