Grace Slick has it all. She is devastatingly beautiful, talented, extremely intelligent, a free-thinker, fiercely independent and unique. Grace is a trailblazer and I can't put it into words how much I love & respect her. I only wish I had the money to buy her paintings! There is an interview of Grace on the Dick Cavett show in 1970 and it is absolutely unreal how beautiful she is, if anyone can be considered other-worldly, it's Grace ❤💐🌸
80% of the girls i had relationships with were all Scorpion zodiac. I get a fuckin desire when i meet with a scorpion woman. When i first saw a video of her and i looked at her eyes i knew she is a scorpion. These are the eyes of a scorpion. Then i checked her birthday in wikipedia at it is 30th Oct. I knew it!
She's so beautiful, no instagram dramatic eyebrows, plumped up lips, cheek implants, just true beauty. Will girls ever stop turning themselves into side show freaks.
No, they won't. Tats, piercings, botox, boob jobs, they have all been conditioned to think it looks good. When in reality they are side show freaks. Those piercing eyes are to die for, I could gaze into them all night.
Can everyone stop attacking woman for what they choose and do not choose to do with their appearance and also stop acting like it's the most important thing about a woman?
@@irvhh143 You make some very interesting points. You are obviously most passionate about Grace Slick. For your points to be fully credible I would need to see some references and or evidence so that I can make an objective evaluation for myself. As they stand, they are subjective only to be honest. Especially in regards to your claim she was 'totally dependent on other ppl for her success, the songwriters, studio musicians, managers etc. Why she never really had any long term success was they got fed up with her drinking' - I'm unable to agree with you on those points because I haven't read of that - and as I say if you can provide a reference e.g. url address so I can read it for myself then and only then would I agree. While not Grace, look across the Atlantic to the Netherlands. Anouk is very much a Goddess with brains, beauty and ability to write songs from hard rock to almost a folk style. Aside from having a long lasting career, starting in 1998, Anouk has it all. Unlike many women in rock, Anouk has maintained her career while being the mother to six children! Check out Anouk's live videos there are two versions of Jerusalem live, one at Pinkpop where she breaks out with vocal improvisations, and there is another acoustic version that's completely different. Better Than You Deserve, is her most intense delivery of a woman's rage at being used. Her ballads are equally beautiful. Anouk is not Grace. There's only one. But I think that you will like Anouk. She makes music on her terms.
In about 1968, I ended up right in front of the edge of the stage. Right in front of Grace at a Jefferson Airplane concert -- and I was tripping on LSD. She was so unbelievably beautiful -- it was killing me. Then she was singing "Don't you want somebody to love..." And she was pointing right at me and I felt like I was floating off the floor. My eyes must've looked like flying saucers. She seemed to know.
What a positive statement, the drug era destroyed many lives.I am 74 years old,I attended many acid concerts, with the big screens and all the far out colors.Im lucky I made it through all that mess.Nothing to brag about it be proud of.Thsnk God,turning to Jesus pulled me through the awful mess. Some people laugh about it,they need to grow up!!
Being that she's 81 today and living out those quiet years, still painting maybe, I doubt she would WANT to be around a few more decades. She's an eternal legend! It's up to us to keep her present; now/later, always... Few people (Ann Wilson can, a few others) can hold a candle to her.
She had a brief period as the most beautiful woman in the world, from her start in JA up until Woodstock when her excesses blotted out her natural beauty. But still one of the coolest women who ever lived. Kind of like a reincarnation of Caroline Schelling.
Listen to an interview with her recently. It’s amazing how she sounds just like today. Peoples voices change, especially if you smoke, and she has for years. But she sounds just like she does today.

"Queen of Rock". Well okey... Her voice had limitations and She would tell you that Herself. Hey, I dig the Airplane/Starship; but there were far superior singers in that explosive, renaissance, era of music. Just saying....
I could watch her forever. When she started a good topic like Marianne Faithful or the avenue where Jefferson changed - it was cut. Truly annoying. I wanted to hear what she was saying. It was all interesting.
She is so stunningly gorgeous.. almost an unreal beauty.. fairytale. Her smile is magnetic and enchanting, playful and dangerously provocative. She will softly take your hand but lead you away running into the woods.. beautiful. I hope she is doing very well today.
Such a sharp mind . Every interview is an inspiring experience to all human beings. Her clear mind is her calling card and the density of the data she s been providing us ,all these years is somehow the characteristic of a new gender. And if you think that it sounds silly or something else, take a look around you.. i think that she will easily reach the age of 120. Both bright and unassuming at the same time ... love you grace!!
