I think the writers done a pretty good job with Sam's missing. I mean they don't mention Cat so it's up to us to decide if it's Canon or not. Everyone can decide for themselves. It doesn't change Sam's absence story. I see Sam and Cat as canon. Ariana once wrote on Twitter after the cancelation of Sam and cat that she wished for Cat to marry Robbie finally and that they live near Jade and Beck and near their kids Aunt Sam. So I imagine it like this: Sam and Cat finished school (they were already round about the final years of school). Cat comes together with Robbie and moves together with him. Sam moves back to Seattle since she heard that Carly is back there. Carly went to college and at that time they bought her car and traveled the US (Miranda and Jennette did it for real). After that Sam met a biker gang and went with them while Carly tried to concentrate on college but as we've heard in episode 1 of the revival we know that she tried Theatre and Media Studies but it didn't feel right to her. So she dropped college and moved on to create a new iCarly channel. And now here we are.
@@theseth455 the first wife definitely wasn't Sam as Nathan Kress had confirmed long ago that Freddie never got back with Sam even after the Sam and Cat meet up as he went back to Seattle even and wasn't mentioned again. Also, the writing of the revival is so better then the original's.

This means that Freddie likely met his first wife soon after the events of #TheKillerTunaJump
I like how this story goes 👍
I wouldn’t be surprised if they pretended that Sam and Cat never happened. That show was a disaster
I like your theory so much. Sam and Cat may not be the best, but it was kind of entertaining for me back then

It’s really sweet because Miranda and Jennette became so close after iCarly that I can imagine this is Miranda really talking about Jennette
I miss Sam too.
I always love Carly I do
that's why Sam was not in the reboot 7 years after she got arrested in the final episode of sam and cat?
Cat was the one who got arrested in the final episode
Arrested for two weeks
Actually, Sam joined the Obliterators biker gang... and followed her bliss
But where's Gibby?
Episode?
Where Gibby and T-bo?
Why does Carly move like a family guy character when acting/speaking? Just moving your hands around
