Great video! When I add Transform to a rotating image, the center of rotation gets out of whack (but the blur effect is perfect). Just setting shutter angle to any non-zero value makes this happen. I tried keyframing the anchor point but that didn't work. Any advice?
Thanks for the amazing video. I was emerged right from the get go. I was not bored with a bunch of try-hard nonsense in the beginning, but it was not rushed either. Everything felt necessary, even the ad in the beginning lol. I hate videos with people trying to be cool and sell them selves, instead of actually giving us the information. But this video was not that. Informative, high quality, great voiceover. Just.... Thank you. I wish this has more views also. (Sorry for the rant, I needed to clear my mind).
Hey Motion Array Tutorials, this was a great tutorial and it's definitely going to help me with a lot of projects, but what if I wanted to apply this to a regular video with a really high shutter speed to make it smoother? Like no moving images, no intense speed, just a regular video that needs smoothening?
This was perfect! thanks for this (the cc Radical Blur worked great, the only thing was i had to "feather" the edges the "mask" as in you video is was already done)
Haha great question. Secrets. Really it is a folder for a set of old plugins that keep getting migrated to new versions of Premiere 😆I haven't cleaned up my effects panel in a while
Great tutorial! Thanks! What amazed me the most, was to see the Argentine Congress building at 3:13 ... I was like, "Why is here?". Was a nice surprise.
Is there a way to click on "Transform" to then be able to click on the video itself and adjust the rotation, scale and what not; like you can when you press on "Motion"?
Great tips, thanks. For a static timelapse (people moving boxes into a house, with the camera on a tripod), would you use the pixel motion blur? Or something else? And I've used "frame blending" to add a bit of blur, but it's not as much as I would like. (Also, I know that to do the effect in-camera, I would want an ND filter and a slower shutter speed)
A year ago I was trying to figure out how to achieve that "pixel motion blur" effect and I ended up just recording the footage in camera with a 360° shutter and manually offsetting the clip multiple times by a single frame
Hi Charles MC. Unfortunately this is a problem we've had with different aspects of Premiere Pro. It's likely an issue with the current build that you are working off of. Our suggestion would be to either update your software or roll back a version depending on your situation. It's incredibly frustrating sadly
great tutorial .. thanks for the tips.. subbed..actly i m huge fan of peter mckinnon but he stopped making tutorial like this.. and i am greatful to find your channel .. thank you so much...
very Very helpful tutorial.I want to usre this motion Blur effect in almost like all my videos. The way you described it was very undustandable.i dont have Ae so i zooming forward effect is also i want to use.I have used Frame Blending in some clips to create the forward zooming effect and it somewhat worked. Please tell me what do you think about this?
Is there a way to add motion blur to motion graphic (MOGRT)? I am creating a template n I have a PNG that would look better with some motion blur. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Most welcome! So glad it was helpful!
I wanna know what's in the Russian folder in the Effects panel! (Thanks for the tutorial!)
Haha great question. Secrets.
Really it is a folder for a set of old plugins that keep getting migrated to new versions of Premiere
😆I haven't cleaned up my effects panel in a while
This is actually "Presets" (some custom presets).
Gonna be honest, that was the first thing I noticed 😂
Why your videos are so smooth?😍 When zooming and scrolling the screen.
Is it frame rate?
Yes we captured the on-screen segments of this video in 60 fps and exported the video the same way 😄
Great tutorial! Thanks! What amazed me the most, was to see the Argentine Congress building at 3:13 ... I was like, "Why is here?". Was a nice surprise.
Thank you. Was really looking forward to doing this natively in Premiere Pro
Awesome! Glad it was helpful Hec!
Thanks for this
Is it available in cs6
Hi Nitin, depends on what you are referring to. All the Premiere Pro portions are available in CS6 but Pixel Motion Blur is not a part of Ae CS6 sadly
@@MotionArrayTutorials yep I mean premiere pro cs6
I just love your smile
Thank you, that's very kind of you!

How can I add motion blur where the camera is not moving but only the objects in the scene?
REALLY I LOVE AFTER 😍
thank you 👍👍👍👍👍👍
thank you. I've been looking for this kind of explanation.
0:05 its sooo nice!!!😁😁😁
Haha, thanks so much 😂😄
Is there a way to click on "Transform" to then be able to click on the video itself and adjust the rotation, scale and what not; like you can when you press on "Motion"?
Just what I needed to learn.

Hello Sir which screen recording software do you use ?
Great tips, thanks.
For a static timelapse (people moving boxes into a house, with the camera on a tripod), would you use the pixel motion blur? Or something else?
And I've used "frame blending" to add a bit of blur, but it's not as much as I would like.

No worries! Any time!
yo char playz I'm a follower of you on twitter the chances are soo rare that I saw u here
let's be honest we both came here to get motion blur for arsenal
A year ago I was trying to figure out how to achieve that "pixel motion blur" effect and I ended up just recording the footage in camera with a 360° shutter and manually offsetting the clip multiple times by a single frame
can we drag and drop the effect on an adjustment layer, top of the desired footage? instead of dropping it directly on to the clip?
Hello
I have a problem with directional blur, everytime I increase the blur length the video slides to the top left corner
Hi Charles MC. Unfortunately this is a problem we've had with different aspects of Premiere Pro. It's likely an issue with the current build that you are working off of.
