Glad you talked about back to shred timeline, best of luck getting back to snow comfortably. Had my ACL reconstructed on cinco de mayo 🎉🎉 (and meniscus repaired). Thank you for the ACL recovery Vlog!
Nice. Last year I had surgery in April, and was back skiing greens in December (cautiously). Had to put in some serious work to get there. Btw, nerd moment a dual sided power meter (pedals) are a great way to see your progress towards regaining 50/50 strength. Not cheap, but likely my favourite tool throughout my personal recovery.
Oh my goodness this gave me so much anxiety to watch lol. This looked so nerve wracking. Congratulations on your progress. We just now moving into more dynamic movement getting me ready to run. Sound very scary tbh
6 months post op here and I've still been struggling with jumping especially single leg so this gives me a bunch of motivation and hope. Do they have you doing single leg hopping forward and landing back on the same leg yet ? If so, any helpful advice on conquering the mental block that comes with it. That one is by far the worst for me and I've been trying my hardest to overcome it.

OoOoh very good to know! Sounds like you had a similar timeline so it’s nice to hear this might actually be realistic haha
