Hi whilst here, did you do a meniscus repair or is it only ACL?

These clip of your more aggressive skiing and the two resort days in Jackson hole where you did some jumps. How many months post op where they?

I'm 40, first ACL reconstruction about 2 weeks ago. I expected worse, staying active. Def way more bruising than you, you looked great. Probably because I'm getting old haha. Hope both of your knees are holding up well.

How are you today? I tore my Acl and meniscus. Do you have your range and motion back what’s your pain level after such an evasive surgery?. I’m so nervous about my up coming surgery. I don’t deal with pain well.

I did an ACL and Meniscus surgery 7 weeks ago. A patellar graft. After the surgwry, i had to keep my foot straight for 4 weeks. The doctors told me to start bending at home now. The stiffness is literally INSANE. No pain, but just uncomfortable. What should I do??

How are your hamstrings after the whole rehabilitation? Do you feel noticeable loss of function/active flexion? I’m mentally struggling about my surgeon choosing hamstring graft (both tendonds) over patellar, but your story cheers me up a bit
