    Please ma’am don’t use plastic boxes to store spices, use metal or glass or ceramic or wooden bowls or spice storing bottles from Amazon.Check that out .

    NORMAL ADAI ITSELF IS HARD TO DIGEST FOR OLD AGE PEOPLE BECAUSE ADAI HAS MORE PROTEIN...ON TOP OF THAT IF YOU ADD UNSOAKED GROUNDED BLACK URAD WILL BE VERY HARD TO DIGEST...ANOTHER THING IS YOU NEED TO ADD OIL GENEROUSLY TO COOK ADAI IF NOT HALF COOKED ADAI CAN HAVE SEVERE STOMACH ACHE...I DON'T THINK THIS RECIPE IS GOOD FOR MIDDLE AGED OR ABOVE PEOPLE.
