Totally enlightening video!! Question: Just had pristine Victorian couch and loveseat FULLY restored with cream silk upholstery. Huge L.R. Cathedral window, with crystal chandelier. Would this be OK or better go with modern? This home is in a middle age demographic.

Fabulous! Love your work. Do the home owners buy the furniture, or is it part of the staging?
In my experience the furniture is rented, so it's an additional cost to the seller.
So the stylist/stager brings in small decor items, but the large furniture is rented with a monthly cost.

Looks like it was more of a flip: redid the floors & baseboard, painted kitchen white, replaced hardware, painted everything white, replaced light fixtures, replaced a nice looking & functional safety grab bar in bathroom with a huge ugly toilet holder, fresh bedding & towels with matching art, and turning a dining room into an office by taking off closet doors(?...presumably to make the room appear bigger) buteven the office was open to the other rooms - not exactly useful.
So, really, this staging was more of a flip by the owners before selling. It made it a clean, blank slate that only left counters that needed to be updated. I wouldn't call it staging.
What was the going price?
Boring.
