We want a day in the life of Matt, he is such a hands on dad and he does everything with you and Sage. Would love his point of view of a day with a two year old
I love the “mundane, boring” stuff! It’s not boring at all to us! It’s just encouraging to know we’re all in this together and inspiring to watch you! Thank you! Edited to add: I’d love to see a week of your workouts whatever that looks like! And what I eat in a day/ week are favorites too
I love how you said don't save your "nice clothes" for later for something or else you won't use them. That is so true. I didn't catch onto that and learned that until second baby. I wish I would have heard that sooner😂 makes complete sense. Enjoyed your vlog. Have a good day :)
Yes, we love the mundane stuff haha. I'm literally sitting here folding my laundry while I watch you fold yours. 🤣 Please, continue to do regular day to day stuff. Love it. 😍
Please document your toilet training journey with sage for tips and tricks. I would love some inspo. I have an 18 month old and also am hoping to toilet train her when she turns 2 🤍
Love these real life day in the life videos! Thanks for sharing. What vitamins do you give Sage and what dance classes does she attend. I’m looking for one for my 18 month old
I actually have a reel coming out this week sharing all the vitamins Ive been giving Sage since birth on my instagram and tiktok instagram.com/healthnutnutrition/ 😉
Hi! Daycare is a reality for so many parents. I’m really interested to hear your thoughts sometime on how you think your life and parenting might be different if you had to send Sage to daycare if you had a 9-5 type job. How it might affect how feed her both food and breastfeeding, habits she might learn from other kids, your mental/emotional health such as getting a break from toddler life while dealing with the separation. I know it might be hard to say bc you aren’t living that life, but yea would just love to hear what you think about it! 🙂 (obviously placing no judgement on daycare parenting, just comparing the two)
I am so happy that you’re still nursing her because it protects them and helps them fight against sickness and illness. Especially with all this RSV 😢😢😢😢going on I read online that babies are most protected when their mothers nurse them please nurse her for as long as you possibly can. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 that’s what I plan to do when I have my baby.
Dear Nicole, you are just an amazing person and a mom. Your whole family is soo sweet. I started watching a lot of your videos like a year ago when i was pregnant and i loved your newborn videos especially because they were so helpful! Thank you for them. :) I have a 6 month old prince and these days i am enjoying your "first solids" videos :) You remind me so much of myself. Since all my family is in Europe and i only have my husband here, i wish your family is my next door neighbour. Hehe. Please keep what you are doing because you guys are sending so much positive energy and also presenting real life stuff which is so helpful at this point :) Sincerely, All the best
My partner attached string round the bottom of our tree, popped it on a wooden crate and attached my 8kg kettle bell to the string and popped it under then crate. Our 9 month old can reach about 2 ornaments, but she can't pull the tree over 👏🏼🤪
I binge watched a ton of videos and in one you talked about the foldaway mat that you place under the high chair that you love. I checked all the videos I watched and your blog and couldn't find a link for it, was really interested to see if you still know or have a link for it. Thank you
3rd time mama here, I used the “oh crap! Potty training” method (book on Amazon or audio book) and trained my son at 23 months and daughter at 21 months. With both of them it was just top no pants or diaper for 1-3 days until they learn to go on the potty, then progressing to pants without underwear (underwear triggers the muscle memory of having a diaper on and can cause more accidents). You can go commando for as long as you want but at least a couple of weeks! Then add in the underwear if you want to. We did pull up for sleeping and my son eventually just woke up dry every night by 2.5 or so and was sleeping in underwear by then but every kid is different with night training. I was so surprised how easy it was, everyone made it sound horrible!! Edited to add after reading some comments I would not bribe or give a prize for going potty. Just add it into the normal routine! We just clap and say horray when she goes :)
@@cecicallejas6429 I definitely recommend the book oh crap! Potty training it was so helpful and the method worked with my two kids who are very different!
We are in process of potty training right now. doing really good! we found that using panties at home & pull ups for out and about! we still use night time diapers for sleep. works well and saves money lol
Pull ups are really just diapers with a different style. Better to go to underwear for the potty learning. Pull ups can be used at night in the place of diapers until they start consistently waking up dry (because you can’t « train » a sleeping child; their body is either ready or not). Coming from many years experience as an educator with young children and toilet learning 😊
How often are you breastfeeding now? Would you share sages schedule? I’m trying to figure out how to navigate milk w 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. I love when I get a notification of a new video 😀
Potty training was so hard but I have twins and they are also boys (I don’t know if it’s true but I’ve heard that girls are more quick in the process). Anyway good luck and a lot of patience!! 💪🤗
We are potty training our son who turned two in Aug. He is pretty much always naked at home and it definitely helped and he uses to potty to poop and to pee. But the minute we put a diaper on him he pees in it. We got the pooping in the toliet down tho so half way there.
The one year I didnt decorate the bottom and only used shatter proof ornaments lol. I also used toys haha so that way if he takes them off it wouldnt matter. Also for potty training dont force it if she isn't ready even though my son hates diaper changes hes been in pull ups since 1 year old he HATES the potty. Refuses it all the time even though he will sit on it he will not go on it. He was good for a couple of days then just had a HUGE tantrum over it and I was reading up on it and he's just not ready and he's almost 3. Be prepared.
I loved that you kept in your video how she wanted nothing to do with breakfast. I feel like that's me 24/7. Make them something and they don't want to eat it 😵💫
POTTY TRAINING TIP- give her a treat that she will earn when she goes in the potty! Whether it be a special candy or toy! Make it known that that is what she will earn when she goes potty! :)
I'm not a mum but I've been following Dr. Siggie Cohen for some time now and I think she is fantastic! She has a potry training guide and offers other courses as well. However, even if you are not interested in her courses I think it's worth following her on Facebook and/or Instagram! She offers lots of great tips! Good luck with Sage! She is adorable. ❤️
Hey :) my little boy is just a bit older than Sage. He turned two in August and I used the book "OH Crap Potty training" by Jamie Clowacki and it worked so well! She's a Potty training expert and social worker. My son is fully Potty trained and I would recommend this book to anyone! Check it out when you get the chance :) I've also had several friends use it and it was %100 successful. I don't normally recommend things but this one is worth looking into ❤

How she says CASHEW is sooooo precious!

I agree we need to get him in the vlogs more ;) He's such a super Dad.
Yes tell Matt to do a day in the life! That would be great 👍🏼

love a day in the life video! it’s not mundane or boring. it’s real life and very relatable. thankful sage recovered quickly!❤
I love her talking! So glad she felt better so fast. ❤️

Right! I used to think all the time save this for a special occasion, but then that occasion never comes and she outgrows it! 😅
Yes, we love the mundane stuff haha. I'm literally sitting here folding my laundry while I watch you fold yours. 🤣 Please, continue to do regular day to day stuff. Love it. 😍
I love your day in life vlogs. Man can’t believe Sage talks so much. My little guy won’t talk. I talk to him all day, hopefully he will talk soon❤
"Santa's watching you"

Lol she's so cute

You and Matt are such great parents! You are both doing wonderfully.
thank you! 🥰
Awww Sagey is in dance?! So cute! Our little one is 18 months 🥰
Oh my. Both my boys (4 and 1) have been sick for almost two weeks. Just found out they have ear infections. These poor kids! Love your videos.
Oh I hope they feel better!

Yes!!!
I would be pleasantly surprised if she does this, many UA-camrs cannot think beyond their own lives
Love the honesty in this video!
There ain't no better job than mommying! Even though it's probably one of the hardest jobs... it's amazing, rewarding, and the best!
100% agree!

Does Sage show signs of readiness for potty training?❤️
I got a Birch mattress in March right before my knee surgery and it is amazing. I'm so glad I got it. I can't recommend it enough.
I completely agree as a new mom too sleep is so important and having a great mattress is so important!
I loved shopping at The Children's Place when my kids were small 🤍
so much fun in there
This is what I love about your channel, you are real and honest! BTW is her hair color red? I love her curls!!! ❤️

Sage is so cute talking :)
Can you share more on your BF journey now that Sage is 2! I'm still nursing my 16mo and I'm so interested in how others are navigating 2 and beyond.
Please make a video about potty training because we will go trough it in the new year I think and I have no idea how to do it 😬😅
Where is your christmas duvet cover from? so cute!
Would love to know too!
I'm thinking pottery barn... there's one that looks just like it on sale right now! 💙
Can’t believe we’re almost in December!
We are officially in December!
What do you think about the Montessori method ?
What vitamins do you use? I want to use for my baby boy. Thank you.
this is definitely real my 2 yr old will not touch food at times ....

I'm debating about taking my son to daycare.. I'm wondering why you opted not to take Sage to daycare? I have so many mixed emotions haha. Thanks xx

3 times a day now. once in the morning when Sage wakes up, once in the afternoon and right before bed. Thank you for the support xo
💖💖💖
Remember going through times between 2 to 3 when it seemed like they hardly eat anything some days
Do you ever watch your old videos? I was watching y’all in Florida today, my baby is 13 months so it’s interesting seeing sage at that stage too
Where are the vitamins from?

The way she says cashew 😭😭😭😭
