Recently discovered your channel and love it. I'm pretty sure this song was recorded with the instruments tuned down a half step. That's how I visualize it anyways.
Thank you very much. Happy you found the channel too. Yes, didn't think of that. That would put the verse in B minor on the guitar for the verse, and E on the chorus. Prob more comfortable. Great point 🎸
thanks for these tutorial man you give ideas to the starting guitar player on how did Howard Leese incorporate those scales and notes to the Rythm Chord Progression of the Song.
Sounds good Jerry, saw the original Heart around the mid 70's, liked them when they had Roger in the band who I thought was a big part of their early sound.. he doesn't seem to get the recognition he should as he is a wicket guitarist and writer !
Thank you Baily. Yes, I loved Roger Fisher. I actually seen him play in another band he was in for a short time called Alias. Amazing singer in that band. Very pop rock. I should do a vid of some of Rogers playing. Magic Man.
@@JerryCherryBand It was kind of like Fleetwood Mac firing Lindsey in which it took 2 guitarists to try and cover him, I remember Alias but really didn't follow them much, when Roger was with them I felt there was more of a band magic going on.
@@gtr1983 Heart always had two guitarist and Nancy was the third. I just like the one Alias song. The singer was amazing. Old Heart was a great band with Roger there. Ann's voice was pure magic. I feel like listening now.
Ok I'd say you have the attention span of a hummingbird. You keep going to different things and not sticking to the main thing your teaching... Sorry not satisfied here.. good luck
Is there a Guitar Solo you would like me to teach? Please let me know here in the comments. Thank you.
Could you please do superstitious by Europe?
@@rogercharlie Wow Roger. I forgot about that one. Really great solo. I'll give that a shot. Thank you.
Will be waiting for that
Angel Eyes by Jeff Healey

Thank you...I feel that the solo of Superstitious was inspired from this solo
My pleasure. Happy that you enjoy this. You're right, that great Europe solo is very similar. Another spectacular solo too for sure 🎸

Thanks for the tutorial. I found it very useful how you explained the notes and their relation with the chords being played
