Hello to all of you Fab Rats. Paul, I'm looking forward to seeing you trick out your new to you, Peterbilt. This will be an epic build that everyone will be waiting for.
Hey Coop! You make a sweet addition to the Fab Rats crew, way more than just slingin' a camera. Can hardly wait to see the finished product on this Peterbilt build. Love our Fab Rats!! Yee haw!
Nice people takes a roadtrip to pick up a old truck, meets good people that sells an old truck. Doesn’t sound extremly exiting to watch….. Strange how nice people can make things interesting to watch🤗👍 A real “feel-good” episode of FB right there!!
Heck yeah that's going to be an awesome little tow truck. People don't understand to keep your channel going you have to do projects. In order to do projects you have to go find projects. Love what y'all do. 👍👍👍👍
I moved to Seattle from VA back in the 80s, I didn’t see the sun for two months. I laughed to myself at people mowing their grass when it’s raining, then I realized if you don’t mow during rain, you don’t mow. But when the sun is out, what a gorgeous state. When I moved back east I drove thru Utah and was mesmerized, and made a commitment to come back and explore. Now that I have a new truck, I am too scared to, I have the issue with the right foot as Paul. Only difference, he knows how to drive and my only experience in rock crawling is my ability to run over curbs in suburbanville.
I've lived all my 70 plus years in Michigan, Oregon sounds something like here, except for the ocean, great lakes but not the same. The joke here is you have 9 months of great sledding and 3 months of crappie roads. Michigan should change their symbol that represents the state to those orange road cones.
That was a great find and trip. The guy you bought it from was epic! Now I hope he might sell the car to Papa Dar. I just want to see Paul in it on the new skid plate... Thanks for sharing
@@phatfarmer3248 there's one about 300 yards from my house and the man that has it is the second owner, it was parked in about 87 and he said he just wants to get back what he paid for it in 73-75.. It's a Texas car
Coop, you are lucky ou are young. So do all your crazy things while you are young. I once drove 16 hours with my dad, am very glad I did. was 20 at the time. Am 53 now.
Wow, that gentleman had lots of cool machines laying around. That Chevelle was beutiful. Good job Coop handling the cam. Great you made it safely home. Peterbuilt is gonna be a kool truck.

I have been watching the Fab Rats for a few years now and have seen all your different cameramen and I liked them all but Cooper is by far the best! Always good to go and always something relevant to say. Great attitude. I really like this video too, of course, but just had to tip my hat to Cooper!
That SS is sweet. Should be driven Monthly so all the seals don't dry out, brakes, rings seize etc etc Likely needs another rebuild. You sure you want that glider? He should have paid You! Affixing 1/2" copper tubes on the ridge line will stop moss growing on the roof. I hate rain.
I do like watching the trips through the American countryside One thing I like bout watching Derek’s videos are the drives home seeing stuff that we just don’t have in australia And especially the snow 👍👍🇦🇺
I just want to say "Major Kudos " to Paul Cox! Even though you broke your arm a while ago, it does not seem to have slowed you down in the slightest! In fact, I believe you have taken on more projects than ever lately!

Glad ya had a nice welcome to The Pacific Northwet guys! I missed the hints in the first few mins, but easily recognized that the area looked familiar with the trees, hillsides, and Blackberries...lol
That build project is going to be SO cool. What interesting people you found in Oregon.. especially when he opened that door. Cooper's doing great and helping Paul with just the right amount of banter. Movie references involve everyone more.

If you mostly haul with that truck, I recommend looking into an external diesel tank for the bed. Lets you fill up a lot less and you can wire in a switch to gravity feed into your main tank.
What a nice adventure and you took us along Paul and Coop! Really nice of the fella to help dig the old Peterbilt out and get it loaded. He had some great looking vehicles too! We lived in Oregon for awhile and it rained so much you couldn't hardly do anything outside!

He wasn't kidding about the rain in Oregon. We lived in the Willamette Valley for 9 years. The joke was "There are two seasons in Oregon; the rainy season and August." Well, most of July was usually pretty good as well. Glad to be living in Idaho, now. Great video of the trip to recover the Peterbilt. This should be a great series building with that!

These are the builds I love, you take an old wreck and turn it into something wild.
