Infiniti used to have a really nice balance between sport and luxury. Lately it’s gone more sport. I don’t enjoy the plastic-look of the interior. I do love the dual screen concept, and the cluster. Yet the interior doesn’t whisper luxury. The car itself appears to be more of a compact sport sedan.
I purchased a q50. I love the smooth ride. It looks and feels so presidential. I am use to the maxima (MY FIRST LOVE) , I love the curses. I wanted to stay in the Nissan Family.
A sort of philosophy and concept that this car has should be succeeded to any upcoming models. Luxury fulfilled by sufficient scale is definite over time.
I think I Love this car! I saw that Infiniti hasn’t Re-styled it since 2016! By the time my lease is up, maybe they will have changed it by then! Those dual screens are a bit odd though!
When car got above 40 mph driver should have moved shifter to the left & then forward twice through gear 6 to 7 - this would have reduced RPMs & engine noise (esp. for quieter ride in cabin) & probably less gas consumption)
I’ve always thought the Q50 could do just a little bit better. Yes it is a 10+ year old body style, but the outside still looks incredible and the powertrain is great. The only thing I don’t like about this car is the interior, you could take all the infinity badges off and you would think your sitting in a high trim Altima or Maxima.
Question for anyone who’s had a 2020 Q50, what are your biggest problem with them ? Are they healthy under the hood ? Also what would you guys consider getting a 2021 Toyota Camry or this 2020 q50??
I bought a 2019 luxe and I thought it by default comes with heated seats I feel dum I should have took my time and payed attention 30 k for not package
@@Cruzer871 that's what im a do nothing wrong with buying brand new off showroom but we have to be realistic why pay 40k for something that's gonna depreciate to half that price or less within 24 months but yea Q50 definitely next on my list if i don't get the 400z
@@cedricmiller4370 I’ve had it over a year now. You love it then some days you don’t seeing what other entry level luxury cars offer nowadays especially interior wise. But exteriors, the look and aesthetic I have no problem with. I thought about the depreciation and I’m like damn, but it probably evens out with maybe that it might be more reliable than the German cars per say. I don’t think I’m going to keep it, looking at genesis and Audi as a next lease in the upcoming months.
@@joesilva6034 see your point there's a lot to love about infiniti but at the same time its tough when comparing to other luxury vehicles like lexus for example can be a 2001 model but still has a certain standard of feel til this day whenever you sit in one but infiniti Q50 feels cozy too at least you leased it that way you have time to make a decision without being obligated
Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I love the way the Q50 looks inside and out. I happily owned a '15 Q50 3.7 RWD and I loved that car! It's so wild looking with all the LED's and beautiful styling on the outside, and the gorgeous interior when they're loaded like mine was. The 2018 mid cycle refresh made it even better looking. Finally for 2020, they updated the infotainment system and both screens while adding Apple Car Play & Android Auto. This Q50 in the video is just a luxe with no navigation. The slightly used 2020 Q50S Red Sport 400 RWD that I am going to buy will have every option except for AWD. I test drove one and freaking loved it! If people think the 2020 and newer Q50 needs another refresh or restyle on top of the one they just did... Then man, people must be really spoiled these days lol. I cannot wait to get another Q50!! Only this time it will start with 400 HP before I mod it.
I like the 2 screen set up. Can have my Nav up top and my tunes below. I hate the screens on many cars which look glued on top of the dash. But to each his own. Anybody drive a 2021 TLX yet?
Excellent test drive. Felt like I was actually there. Keep it up!
I love this don’t stop doing videos you neater than any POV test drive I ever seen. Keep up the great work!!!
Wow thanks I really appreciate it! Will keep working hard!

Thank you so much !

Yes its amazing the only thing I didn't like was the reverse camera its very low resolution
You deserve more views and subs! Great vid.

That's weird, my 2020 Q50 Silver Sport doesn't have a warning sound when I don't have my seatbelt on.
Check plug under seat

Very nice car and review! I do think that Infiniti makes some good cars, but a lot of them seem too expensive for their class.
Yes they are expensive!
Agree to expensive when this came out in 2015
Get them used 👌🏾
How is it compared to v6 charger which one got driving experience better

I got my 2021 q50 full package Luxe for 27k with 30k miles
It's a nice car, but it's aged a lot and depreciates quickly. BTW, thanks for video !

I’m planning to get it when it has low miles 14k or so and usually the dealers take off like 7-9K from it

I’ll stick with my 2015 Sport. For half the cost
Why did the dash board lighting keep flickering while driving? Would find very annoying!
Its the camera it doesn't actually flicker in person.

The intro has some cool animations but its silent lol
