Prometheus Unbound by Jose F. Lacaba | Poem

"Prometheus Unbound" was published in Focus Magazine under the pseudonym Ruben Cuevas in 1973 (when the Philippines was under martial law). Jose F. Lacaba admitted to having written the poem but well after the martial law was lifted and the country was under a new administration.
