That is a nice fish you are eating. One of the best for kokoda as we say in Fiji. It's also nice on hot charcoals. When we buy fish and that fish is in the bundle, that's the first fish eaten. It is so tasty.
Kokoda is fish or shellfish eaten raw, lemon and chilies can be added, but can be omitted. When we are out on the reef or fishing, we are always shown what can be eaten raw, there and then. Always good to know. But the fish being consumed in the pic, is one of my fav. The flesh is so tasty.
