Film lamination working principle for EPS thermoforming machine

hi everyone,i am Fiona, In this video, we will show you basic working principle of PS film lamination process for the EPS thermoforming machine testing with EPS underfloor heating panel:
1. Heating the PS film in the heating furnace.
2. Manual placing and fix the EPS underfloor heating panel to the custom-made aluminum mold plate which has vacuum holes in the bottom
3. Send the aluminum mold plate to the vacuum molding area.
4. Close and seal the mold.
5. Two vacuum pipes at the bottom of the aluminum mold plate to remove the air between the PS film and the EPS underfloor heating board through the negative pressure generated by the vacuum pump, achieving a perfect lamination of the heated PS film on the surface of the EPS underfloor heating panel.
