4. Commercial activities & Shopping Mall
There aren’t any megamalls in this area, the closest ones would be 1 Utama, or head down to KLCC or take the train to TRX.
However, when it comes to community mall, there’s Aeon Mall or Aeon Big, which serves the purpose of a residential mall.
Price is cheaper when you’re heading to a community mall.

5. Greeneries
On the Kepong Baru side, greeneries are a little limited, but you do have a lot of parks.
You have Forest Skywalk, FRIM, or even Desa Park City just around the corner.

A miss conception about Kepong would be it’s very jam and very old, but it’s different that that.

⭐ 4/5 stars for Kepong.
It’s a very livable place, for rent or investment even. Good foods everywhere!
