Dr. Bezincky is completely right.
After three years of working as a trainee and research assistant in an LTM lab, I conclude that when we suspect the spike and wave transient, it is better to underread the traces. Because if our decision is wrong, eventually the patient will have a seizure and come back and be treated. And this is a better choice than multidrug treatment from the beginning.
