Narrowboat Build & Fit Out. Refurbing The Well Deck / Vactan Rust Treatment Part 2

In this vlog I continue the refurb of the well deck by welding in the old bolted in inspection panel. It is very rusty and I treat it with Vactan a rust treatment system that leaves a surface ready for undercoating.
