9" wire leader with pre-tied end loops from Walmart for less than $2 dollars and you can work it under battery by putting screwdriver through two loops and rocking back and forth to create sawing action of sorts as you pull wire loop under battery towards camera end at a low angle. way cleaner way to get stuck battery out. just watch connector ribbon as you go past that area.
it is magical adhesive, do you really have to heat it up?
My question is what about if your phone is charged and the screen would not turn on but you can hear the the phone charging.

for all the videos I've watched from this guy, I do as he says.....NOT as he DOES. the old movie card could cut through the skin of the battery like you almost did when prying the battery out. I use much more caution when working on products. I just have a hard time holding it together when this guy works on stuff....
