I agreed with you that CV doesn't matter how it looks, as long as it is concise and professional. Im joining one of the big 4s as a grad next year and the cv I send them it is in a black-and-white format. Would you say that the black and white cv is out of date? Or it is really personal preference. :)

It's an accounting firm, and black and white CV shows that you're not going to waste time on unecessary details
