A tribute to the TV series "The Persuarders" Aston Martin DBS and Ferrari Dino. Die-cast models.

A long time ago, at a flea market, I managed to buy a Corgi Juniors Aston Martin DBS model in the Rockets version. Unfortunately, this model had neither a hood nor wheels. My plan was to make a custom film. From my childhood I remember this model as one of two that took part in the series "The Persuardes" with Roger Moore and Tony Curtis. Therefore, when I recently came across a Ferrari Dino model in the same scale at a flea market, I decided to create a film project with two cars from the 1971 series. I had much more work with the Aston Martin model, because Dino is a contemporary model from Tomica and apart from the wheels it was complete. To culminate my work, I created a common film box as a tribute to a great TV series from the early 1970s. Thank you for watching the film, I publish car repair videos on Tuesdays and Saturdays. In the video, you can turn on subtitles in your language with commentary on the activity - press the letter C on your keyboard or three dots on your mobile phone.

Both cars turned out great!! The Persuaders as a show seemed to do better in Europe than in the USA. At the time, I remember watching this show, and thought both Roger Moore and Tony Curtis' scripts were problematic for them. The best part of the show were the cars! You captured them perfectly! Maestro, your axle solution using hypodermic needles was inspired! How resourceful of you to think to use them so effectively! The box you created was superb! Colors, content, window, plinth, proportions, and execution!! Wonderful from spats to lid!!❤❤

I liked the lighthearted style of this series as a kid but loved the cars. I have q Corgi Aston feom around 1997. Kept it in it's packaging. Sadly when i was young, the packaginy of such vehicles went in the bin. But now i appreciate the artwork much more. Great memories. Oh and the theme to this show by John Barry was very good too.
