do not worry about this issue , it a apple hardware problem that apple will not acknowledge this for all the iphone, apple will just past blame that its the app creator , when its clearly not , cause i tested it out with iphone Xr and a iphone 14 pro max , they were both set up as new phones with youtube , tik-tok , Microsoft start, and some other apps .. both phones i tried with ios 16 16.5.1 then updated to ios 17 ( again did full restore of phone and set up as new phone again , ( no back up ) and the problem still persists. using default tones
Then tested it out the same with Android phone , Rog phone 2 and Rog phone 6 , it all worked so it clearly a hardware problem for the all the iphones

Apple have taken away custom alert tones. I’ve rolled back to 16.06 for this reason

Microsoft teams notification not coming after all the troubleshooting is done
This is also happening to me, I just changed from de 13 pro to the 15 pro and the 15 pro has exactly the same settings from the 13 pro but Teams is the only app that I do not receive notifications, just calls.
I even set them next to the other and made a friend send me a Teams message and I received it in my 13 and not in my 15… let me know if you have something.
If I didn't need an Apple for work, I wouldn't have one.

Just uninstall each App and install again, it will work if nothing else can fix the issue
