Nurse Jar, I just wanted to come back on here and thank you from the bottom of my heart for making these videos! I worked as a CNA for 2.5 years, had my babies and have been a stay at home mom for almost 6 years now. I am having to go back to the work force and had to renew my CNA License. I was so nervous. Found out that the test was a week away and I needed to get it done and passed, get rehired where I used to work so we can get health insurance asap. These videos helped refresh my memory! I had a gut feeling this was one of the skills I would get and guess what, it was! 🤪 so I rewatched this so many times this week. I got a 92% on my written exam and only missed 2 points on my skills. So happy to have passed again and so happy I got to renew my CNA License. Again, thank you so much for your help!!! God Bless You. ❤️

Hi, I came back here after taking my CNA skills test with headmaster just to say THANK YOU for posting these vidoes. You're doing a public service. I just received my results tonight and I passed with 100% on all of my skills. Watching your videos prepared me to test and helped me deal with my anxiety while waiting in the outer exam room for my turn to test. I really appreciate you! I'm a student nurse and I'd love to see videos on LPN skills :)

Only lift hips if the patient doesn’t weigh much. It puts a strain on your lower back. You can also ask patient to lift their hips. Make sure you are doing your own core and lower back exercises to prevent injuring yourself.

Hi Julie! I just wanted to send out a huge thank you for your videos. I took my cna class two years ago, and had a very short notice to take both my written and skills test before the two year period expired. After watching all of your skills videos, I got almost a perfect score (headmaster). I passed the skills exam on 6/14/2022, and written exam on 6/17/2022. Thank you so much for these videos and helping individual's succeed!! Best!

.... the work of a CNA is very valuable .. to patient, family and 'care' of the profession .....the medical establishment, our government and related insurance entities should INCREASE the wages for such services and maintain a high level of training - Thanks!

Would it still be OK to have them go on their side to place pad halfway and then roll to the other side and roll it through? Because what if their a very heavy person? You can't just lift them, that would be back breaking it seems to me.
