I have a looooong list of characters I want added, but my current no. 1 might honestly be Vetrix. My favorite thing about Duel Links, is how a terrible deck, can become much more playable, and Vetrix’s Heraldic Beasts is a great example. Absolute trash, and with too few cards to make a deck IRL, it could greatly benefit from needing only 20 cards in the deck, and with a good enough skill, like Dumond got with his Star Seraphs, it could finally be playable.
I think all the characters in this video should be in Duel links but if I had to pick ones I want the most first for me it's bloodshepard number 96 and arc 5 jack atlas.
I'm not sure if I agree with all of your character wishlists and I'll explain my reasonings below. Some of them are good though, but some of them are kind of cope. 1. Arc-V Jack Atlas (Arc-V) → I don't see him coming, sorry dude. We already have 5D's Jack Atlas and quite frankly, wasting a monthly character unlock on another Jack Atlas when he's essentially nothing more than a gem fountain on legs just makes for a very boring, bland event. Plus, what's the point in adding Arc-V Jack Atlas anyway? 5D's Jack Atlas already has voicelines with his Arc-V ace, namely Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend. If Resonators do get more support going for them, including the Arc-V good-stuff, it will just go to 5D's Jack Atlas and it'll be fine. As for you mentioning Duel Monsters Kaiba/Yugi and Dark Side of Dimensions Kaiba/Yugi, that argument doesn't carry much weight because Duel Monsters and Dark Side of Dimensions are literally two different worlds. Dark Side of Dimensions was only added to Duel Links to promote the movie. As for Jaden, well regular Jaden, Supreme King Jaden, and season 4 Jaden are all different characters with different decks so again, your argument doesn't carry any weight there. 2. Number 96: Dark Mist (ZEXAL) → Meh, while he was a major villain in the series, it's not worth it wasting a monthly unlock on him. He's literally just an evil version of Astral and quite frankly, I don't think Konami cares that much to add an Astral reskin to the game. In addition, what cards do you even give him? His main deck (Malicevorous) is only three cards, those being Malicevorous Spoon, Malicevorous Knife, and Malicevorous Fork, all of which are already in the game. The only thing Dark Mist would get is his ace, which is Dark Mist, but otherwise this is just another wasted unlock that doesn't bring anything to the game except for being another gem bag on legs. 3. Atticus Rhodes (GX) → I will correct you here by saying that Jim "Crocodile" Cook came out on June 30, 2022 (not 2023) so it has now been two years (going onto three in year 2025) since GX has got anything. That being said, while Atticus is a nice addition to the game, he is once again another gem bag on legs. If you want to play Red-Eyes Black Dragon, you got Joey Wheeler AND Dark Side of Dimensions Joey Wheeler for that role. Do we really need a third Red-Eyes Black Dragon specialist in the game? I don't think so. However, I feel like the only thing holding back Atticus from being added to Duel Links is the fact that his manga deck (Sphere) is not printed barring his ace, The Atmosphere. I feel like Konami may be holding off adding Atticus Rhodes until Sphere gets printed. However, if you truly want a new GX character, then I am not opposed to Adrian Gecko instead. Cloudians have been in the game since December 30, 2017 and have been unplayable since. We need Adrian Gecko to fix how bad Cloudians are, plus a meta dominated by Cloudians would be funny to see. 4. Blood Shepherd (VRAINS) → If you know me, I'm the number one Ghost Gal lover (my waifu) and since Blood Shepherd is related to my wife Ghost Gal (being her brother), I'd love a potential Blood Shepherd unlock. However, the only thing holding back Blood Shepherd from being added to the game is the fact that his Battle Drone deck is not printed. That's literally it. If you played YuGiOh Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution, Blood Shepherd was a boss you had to defeat in the main storyline and in that storyline when you duel him, they gave him Mecha Phantom Beast instead because Battle Drones aren't printed. I'm hoping for Battle Drones to be printed someday so I can get my wife (Ghost Gal's) brother in the game to complete my Ghost Gal family. My wife Ghost Gal is feeling lonely without her brother (Blood Shepherd) in Duel Links. 5. Jakob and Lester (5D's) → Once again, I don't know why you're continuously asking for gem fountains on legs. While Meklord does need more going for it, we can just as easily give that Meklord support to Primo or Aporia instead. Mind you, both Primo and Aporia have voicelines with the Meklord package, making Jakob and Lester dead characters to add to the game when both Primo and Aporia already fill their roles. I want characters that bring something new to the game so Jakob and Lester are a no for me chief. 6. Jesse/Yubel (GX) → Eh, I feel like we're scraping the bottom of the barrel here for GX unlocks so I guess Jesse/Yubel could be a fun unlock. However, since YuGiOh GX is canonically taking place during season four where Yubel is a good guy, Jesse/Yubel seems unlikely. I'd love to see him though because I personally would like Advanced Crystal Beasts to be a good deck. 7. Team Ragnarok (5D's) → The only relevant one here is Halldor, but I feel like they need to fix the arrow on Gullveig of the Nordic Ascendent before Halldor appears in the game. Nordics literally need Gullveig's arrow to attain their endboard of Gullveig pointing to Odin with a set Nordic Relic Svalinn. Team Ragnarok is one I specifically want to see in Duel Links though, especially since Odin is an Ultra Rare drop from the Valhalla Calling mainbox and yet has no deck to call home. 8. Riley Akaba (Arc-V) → He's a big no, sorry. It's the same deal with Blood Shepherd in the sense that Riley Akaba's C/C/C deck is not printed. Riley did duel a lot in Arc-V, but alas unless Konami wants to make a bold move and print C/C/C, I don't see Riley Akaba being unlockable in Duel Links. 9. Moon Shadow (Arc-V) → I didn't really like him, but I guess he can be an unlock. Ninjas, or more specifically Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo, have not been a good deck in forever so Moon Shadow coming to the game to give Ninjas the buff they need would be a fun addition to Duel Links. These are the unlocks Duel Links needs, characters that actually bring something new or unique to the game aside from gems, and Moon Shadow accomplishes that by making a bad deck (Ninjas) finally playable. 10. Nistro + Dextra (ZEXAL) → Nistro is an interesting addition, but I feel like you can't add him without his partner Dextra. While there's a ton of Heroic Challenger support to give Nistro, the problem is the fact that there's almost nothing to give Dextra since she plays the Butterspy deck. Butterspy (and by extension Vector's Umbral Horror deck) are some of the most unplayable garbage in YuGiOh's history so unless Konami can find a way to add Dextra to the game, Nistro is not coming. 11. Sergey Volkov (Arc-V) → It's funny you brought him up because Earthbound Servant actually got a lot of new support lately. However, the only thing holding him back from being added is the fact that he only appears during a very boring filler arc, more specifically the Synchro Dimension arc in Arc-V. While I do want to see Sergey (and by extension Earthbound Servants) added into Duel Links, we have to ask ourselves a question here. Does Konami really care that much to add filler characters to Duel Links? I highly doubt it, but hey, Sergey is a character that I would personally love to see, especially since he brings a new deck to the game (Earthbound Servant), a deck that's essentially just Earthbound Immortal but way better.
I agree with blood shepherd , it’s unfortunate that the cards haven’t been printed
nice vid bro . we needed this

We are getting more support for Heraldic Beasts so Vetrix coming to Duel Links is very likely
@wilfridekoue1405 fingers crossed🤞😖
