    Filling ingredients
    250g potatoes
    150g chicken breast meat
    100g onion
    2 stalks lemongrass
    2 tbsp curry powder
    10 nos green chilli padi
    3 stalks curry leaf
    sugar and salt to taste
    Pastry Ingredients
    Water dough
    120g flour
    55g water
    15g oil
    ¼ tsp salt
    Oil dough
    80g flour
    30g - 35g oil

    Hi thanks for sharing. May I know the water that you added to the flour, is it cold or just normal room temperature water? As for the oil pastry you added normal vegetable oil or melted butter? Please reply asap. I would like to try it soon. Thank you.

    Which side of the pastry did you roll on? Is the cut side facing up when you roll or it does not matter which side. Will try to make it soon. Thanks for your tips

      如果妳放进微波炉或是烤炉加热它,会硬回去的。
