What's objectively true though, is that the s10e cameras do more with the up ultra wide lenses. It also has better build, better speakers, by far a better screen, etc
My Pixel 3a is hardly out of my hand since I bought it. The camera is as good as the reviews say. The operation of the phone is actually smoother than the iPhone 7!. The plastic body is strong but still use a good case. Android Pie is great. Sound quality is good but phone beats are not the way too go regardless! Great Bluetooth connectivity and my BT headphones never miss a beat. In conclusion, the Pixel 3a has proved that there is no need to spend anymore on a smartphone unless you need something for Pro use i.e 4K video at 60fps...which for another £400 I definitely don’t...oh and a glass back..no.
4k at 60 on the iPhone looks horrible anyway, same with the pixel, they can't capture half the detail when at 1080p, glass back allows for nice features like wireless charging, and of course it would be smoother than an iPhone 7, it's using the A10 and 2gb of ram, and no IP rating, anything dust or water related that damages your phone mean you cant ever get a replacement even if under warranty!
Yeah your right I switched from a crappy iPhone 7 that couldn't connect to data and that was apples fault but for them to fix it I had to fix my cracked screen so I said not worth and invested in a 3a xl it's been over 4 months since I got it and I would 100% recommend this phone to anyone

The normal s10 was around £550 and the plus was 100 more. Not gonna lie though, the delivery had me worried since the tracking code did not work until like two days before delivery and the bad reviews of the website did not help ease my worries. But I'm glad I got my phone in the end. The delivery is really slow so be prepared for like 10 working days if you end up ordering. I think that's why the phones are so cheap on that website. Another website with similar prices is eglobalcentraluk.

I would definitely buy the iPhone XR over the Pixel, even though the Pixel 3a is one of my favourite Androids. Own an iPhone 11 and it feels very much worth the money. The bezels are bigger than the other iPhones, but they’re still fairly minimal and the screen size is perfect for me. Not to mention I cannot tell it’s a lower resolution screen most of the time and the colours are gorgeous. No complaints here!

For me the biggest tie breakers were the software, the price and battery life. Google integration is nice while iOS is, well... iOS... Love the cheap price point. The battery on pixel 3a is great, charges fast and lasts a while too. Pixel 3a is the clear winner.
In short if you wanna buy a better camera go for pixel 3a and if you want better performance go for XR But for me I'm going with pixel 3xl cause it's cheaper than XR

Not sure if they are still available at this price, however the regular pixel 3 and XL were selling in the UK at 250£ off the launch price. That would be be around 450£ for the regular Pixel which is an absolute steal.
These phones will go for $199 on prepaid within a year. It happened to the iPhone SE which went for $399 in 2016. Expect really good Black Friday deals for this.
The idea of putting the phones on a screen was a cool touch, but seeing the lines of that screen distracted from the wow. A green mat might work better. Other than that ive always been a fan of how you have been inovative on your videos. Keep it up!
I agree but only for the sd855 version (USA).. the Exynos version here in EU has a really poor battery life: 3h/max4h of SoT and it's impossible to reach the evening without charghing before the night.
I still have the iPhone xr and love it! For me it does everything I need it to really well. Love the Face ID and I’ve also just updated to iOS 16.1.2 with no problems! PS This is 100% my favourite UA-cam channel by far!
I hate notches like Google pixel 3 and iPhones.. but I think small ones such as OnePlus 6t/7 or Huawei p30 pro etc look quite nice.. many people would disagree with reason..but that's my opinion

@I A not at all! If you forget about taking care of your storage is normal that becames slow, the battery is pretty good! It last for at least 13/14 hours, with mobile data haha :)

3a is way too pricey for a snapdragon 670. Just install Google camera on any other budget phone. Plus the iPhone Xr is miles ahead when it comes to performance, u didn't stress that enough.

If you want a flagship that is powerful go for regular model pixel 3 but if you don’t mind a regular phone that’ll last go for the 3A and if iPhone is more of your taste use the XR although I as an iPhone owner will tell you apple is boring and you’ll never use it for what they claim it can do
If you're gonna get excited about software, you could install a custom ROM on most phones, and most ROMs are based on the pixel os but with even less bloat
@Jonathan Warranties usually cover manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions but do not cover damage from accidents and misuse. That is literally the meaning of a warranty and what its purpose is. If you brick your phone you are most likely going to buy a new one or if you have a phone from xiaomi/oneplus you can get it fixed because they don't care if you brick your phone. I mean, they want to be nice even though oneplus' support sucks but you get the idea.
Your videos are just so well made! From what you wear to the overall aesthetic. A UA-camr that dresses like a grown man as opposed to hoodies and ugly addidas. Video quality is icing on the cake.

Christian Kerr I use the Pixe as my main driver. I overall prefer android too, but iOS is really good, no lie. In terms of camera, the Pixel is still awesomely good. But the iPhone 11 does superb post processing. I can make the Pixel picture look just as good or better with some Lightroom editing, but we don’t always have time for editing. And as for video, the iPhone 11 is unbeatable in front and rear camera video. For performance, I couldn’t notice too much difference. Battery life is way better on iPhone, at least without SIM card. I’ll be dropping comparison and review videos in the next coming weeks on my channel!
Apple doesn’t want you to think that their phones are cheap and lower powered products. In fact their prerogative is that all their phones run smoother and look better than the last generation. If you want a cheap phone go for the old gen. That’s the way Apple thinks: Instead of introducing a new mid-range phone they will leave you the opportunity to buy an “old” flagship phone.

The XR is not a budget phone. Budget is like 450$ and lower!
Not sure if they are still available at this price, however the regular pixel 3 and XL were selling in the UK at 250£ off the launch price. That would be be around 450£ for the regular Pixel which is an absolute steal.
These phones will go for $199 on prepaid within a year. It happened to the iPhone SE which went for $399 in 2016. Expect really good Black Friday deals for this.
If it sells good at $399 there will be no sale.

The idea of putting the phones on a screen was a cool touch, but seeing the lines of that screen distracted from the wow. A green mat might work better. Other than that ive always been a fan of how you have been inovative on your videos. Keep it up!

I agree but only for the sd855 version (USA)..
the Exynos version here in EU has a really poor battery life: 3h/max4h of SoT and it's impossible to reach the evening without charghing before the night.
I still have the iPhone xr and love it! For me it does everything I need it to really well. Love the Face ID and I’ve also just updated to iOS 16.1.2 with no problems! PS This is 100% my favourite UA-cam channel by far!

I don’t get why people hate bezels. It hides the camera better than a notch and gives my hands something to rest on.
I hate notches like Google pixel 3 and iPhones.. but I think small ones such as OnePlus 6t/7 or Huawei p30 pro etc look quite nice.. many people would disagree with reason..but that's my opinion
In general, until all sensors and cameras can be hidden under the screen, just keep the bezels in my opinion.

2 years ago i changed my iPhone 7 Plus for the Google Pixel 1 XL, best decision i have ever made.

@I A not at all! If you forget about taking care of your storage is normal that becames slow, the battery is pretty good! It last for at least 13/14 hours, with mobile data haha :)

3a is way too pricey for a snapdragon 670. Just install Google camera on any other budget phone. Plus the iPhone Xr is miles ahead when it comes to performance, u didn't stress that enough.

If you want a flagship that is powerful go for regular model pixel 3 but if you don’t mind a regular phone that’ll last go for the 3A and if iPhone is more of your taste use the XR although I as an iPhone owner will tell you apple is boring and you’ll never use it for what they claim it can do
If you're gonna get excited about software, you could install a custom ROM on most phones, and most ROMs are based on the pixel os but with even less bloat

@Jonathan Warranties usually cover manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions but do not cover damage from accidents and misuse. That is literally the meaning of a warranty and what its purpose is. If you brick your phone you are most likely going to buy a new one or if you have a phone from xiaomi/oneplus you can get it fixed because they don't care if you brick your phone. I mean, they want to be nice even though oneplus' support sucks but you get the idea.
Your videos are just so well made! From what you wear to the overall aesthetic. A UA-camr that dresses like a grown man as opposed to hoodies and ugly addidas. Video quality is icing on the cake.

The again, as of September 2019, the XR was only $100 less than the 11 and the 3a only $100 less than the 3a!

Christian Kerr I use the Pixe as my main driver. I overall prefer android too, but iOS is really good, no lie.
In terms of camera, the Pixel is still awesomely good. But the iPhone 11 does superb post processing. I can make the Pixel picture look just as good or better with some Lightroom editing, but we don’t always have time for editing.
And as for video, the iPhone 11 is unbeatable in front and rear camera video.
For performance, I couldn’t notice too much difference. Battery life is way better on iPhone, at least without SIM card.
I’ll be dropping comparison and review videos in the next coming weeks on my channel!

Apple doesn’t want you to think that their phones are cheap and lower powered products. In fact their prerogative is that all their phones run smoother and look better than the last generation.
If you want a cheap phone go for the old gen. That’s the way Apple thinks: Instead of introducing a new mid-range phone they will leave you the opportunity to buy an “old” flagship phone.

Just looked at what an XR would cost for a 2 year contract and it's ridiculous that you're even comparing the two phones. I can get a 3A for £19.99 per month. An XR is multitudes more expensive. I cannot believe there's even a discussion involving these two phones.

Exactly that. Apple's Face ID is actually more secure than a fingerprint scanner. Pretty impressive tech.
