Thanks a lot for the video, I was actually able to pull the hub with the gears off of the motor using a puller tool, found a serial number on the hub with the gears so I ordered a new one and the motor is fixed for only 60 euros and some elbow grease!

Sorry you can’t find replacement for the planetary gears. Could have saved some bucks. Thanks for the info as my hub makes the same noise. I will open it and see what’s going on in there.

Bitte - an Kunststoffen sollte zu 90 Prozent, KEINE Schmierstoffe aus Mineralöl /Mineralfett, als Schmierung angebracht werden. Kunststoffe lösen /erweichen bei Materialien, aus denen sie selbst hergestellt wurden (Mineralöl). Zum schmieren von Kunststoffen sollte Silikonöl /Silikonfett genommen werden. Man kann auch dem Silikon noch Zusätze beimengen wie Graphit oder ähnliches.

if its broken it makes the wheel hard to spin and the gears does not mash very well which can put extra load on motor and it can damage the motor or overheat the electronic

My uncle ride my ebike today and he turn full speed and gear and pedal then 40 mins after that my ebike stop working. When you turn the throttle the wheel turn and make noise like your video but it only spin 5 seconds then stop. Please help?

If the wheel spin smoothly, it could be something wrong with your electronic ،،mostly speed controller and for the noise u need open the hub to find out what causing the noise, best of luck
