That tends to happen when you have crap for a fence. Track should look into an ACTUAL catch fence instead of this metal garbage. ESPECIALLY with how fast the place is! I’m just glad everyone was ok.
So I know that you haven’t been to this track but there are houses behind that wall and actually a catch fence on this fast of a track is a bad idea it would act more of cheese grater then a stopping point plus a sprint car would easily punch through
@@nightrun17vr23 technically there isn't a house behind that part of the fence. There is only one house and it is right behind the entry to turn one. Theyve had tires fly out over and into their house but no sprint cars from my knowledge.
That was defienetly one of the more wild wrecks you'll see in dirt racing. Scary moment hopping that tire like that.
Upper fence looks to be made of metal roofing or siding.

been like this for years drivers have went right through the wall before and have been fine
