Did a chuck two weeks back. Four hours on the smoke and another four in the oven. Unbelievable. So so so much better than pulled pork. Was not prepared for how good chuck is!!
Such a great cut hey!
Love the video🔥 i gonna make a 8 pound chuck.. can you tell me how long the total cook was?
Another ripper video! Always on point mate!
Are those inkbird fans adaptable to a fornetto Razzo bullet smoker?
Is there something you could use instead of beef tallow when wrapping if you don’t have any fatty offcuts from brisket cooks?
Looked delicious mate.
Cheers mate!
Philly cheese steak outta the pulled beef. Yummo 😍🤤
So good 🤘
Always love your videos man. Do you sell your rubs in New Zealand? Definitely keen to get my hands on some. Looks delicious 😁😁
Sure do mate, hit up BBQ BOI
this is some matrix level preparation
Haha cheers!
Is there anywhere in Adelaide where you can get tallow?
Not that I’m aware of
I like to give my Tallow a few hrs in the smoker, absorbs more smoke and adds another layer..
Man that’s unreal, u ever cooked something like this in a Traeger? And what’s your thought on pellet smokers compared to charcoal, been looking at getting a Traeger over the past few months just for convenience purposes, they seem pretty popular these days
Unreal 🤤
Where did you get the Beef Tallow from?
Made it myself from a previous brisket cook
A. Luv yer work. N
Cheers mate !
I've got a 2.4kg piece of chuck roast to do this weekend, is there any problems with cooking at 250f instead of 225f?
Nope it will just cool faster, could be 160F and ready to wrap in 3-4 hours.
Where did you source the grill gun?
I think it was grillblazer.com
Thank you
Where do I get a bbq fan from?
It’s in the video description under “temp controller”
Yummy
🔥🙏
Thumbs up
🙌
I never see chuck roast in aus, only chuck steaks.
If you see steak, they’ll have a roast.
@@LownSlowBasics usually topside or blade roasts is there much difference?
@@anthonycarr9118 topside is way too lean. Avoid it.
@@LownSlowBasics thought sop but just adding that supermarkets don't have chuck roast, def have to go to your local butcher
