Hey Ryan! Would you advise to use these (the weekly niches in general) to try to get out of T10? Would it make sense to change all my designs to a mix of these particular ones?
I actually had a few back and body hurts up, for at least a few weeks now too. I just deleted two since they didn't sell, to add some other designs. I have one left up in a popular font that I use that usually sells.
Hi Ryan, Thanks for your work! About the first niche... I thought Amazon Merch rejected cannabis keywords but most of those have weed on the title?? Was I wrong? How risky do you think it is? Thanks!
The back and body hurts one is good, and it made me laugh... but there's obviously not a lot of ways to revamp this design as your own and still have it be noticeable as a parody or spin-off of the bath and body works logo. But so many people who do print on demand have no problem just copying designs, so ...
Honest question. First let me preface this by saying I love your channel and appreciate your guidance. I think you have valuable information and deserve to be paid for your advice. That said, I think your course is incredibly expensive. I’ve no doubt it’s packed with great advice and you certainly deserve to be paid for your experience. However, at that price I’d never buy it. I’m sure you could make an excellent argument of how it would save me money and time but with all this information available for free with a little online research wouldn’t it make more sense to either a) sell it in chapters for a lot less or b) lower the price to a couple hundred bucks and offer monthly updates for a subscription. Even at the sale price it’s a deal breaker for me. I hope you’ll answer this question with the respect that’s intended. I believe it’s important to sell at what one is worth but this seems exorbitant. Thank you.
Hi Ryan I want to start merch by Amazon but only one reason stop me it’s Payoneer because I see a lot of people have people with this bank so do you have a solution to start merch by Amazon?
Thanks, Ryan! Looked up "allegedly" and it appears trademarked: tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4801:r89m8j.2.2 so y'all be careful y'hear?!

Fantastic fav. Video of the week for sure
The ostrich one is from the show Letterkenny. It’s referring to a dude and an ostrich... you can figure the rest out! Or Google it ...
Good job, how do you work with copyright and trademarks
Whats an evergreen?? Thanks :)
That's my niche! yay!
How do you find the results that you are reviewing in this video?
Allegedly is a trademark
letterkenny making the cut
isnt the bath and body works logo copyrighted
That's what I was thinking.
That's a good point!
@@mrconsignment you can't copyright the of a design style. It's the text that is covered by copyright. Trademark wise maybe it's close to the wind.

Alpaca Bowl is a company name, so I don't think it is a good idea to use it.
Valid point, but it might be OK since their trademark only covers "Hookah parts, namely, bowls."
hi ryan! happy to be able to learn from a pofessional! thank you so much
